I am currently working with a well-known, established, mid-sized nursery, who have an outstanding Ofsted report. My clients is looking for a passionate, dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager with their level 3 and above in Early Years. This role will be working a 45 hour week, working 6.45am to 3.45pm one week and the next 10am to 7pm, in the Catford area.   The individual must be highly motivated and have a positive attitude towards working with children and their parents to provided outstanding care.   Candidates must have: 2 years plus experience managing a busy and challenging nursery Be able to work with the Managing Director to ensure their vison for the nursery and care they provided is portrayed to the children, parents and staff Mentor a large team and support them to progress in their careers Observe and carry out appraisals Support the staff to carry out an outstanding level of care and learning for the children Maintain a heath, happy and fun place to be   If you are interested in this role, please forward your CV to Kirsty Cutts on kirsty@jbdrecruitment.co.uk
